Delta Media Server plays a variety of media types and formats. This guide aims to show the most optimal way of importing and playing movie, image and audio media onto a Delta Media server. Delta Media Server (Delta) is a highly optimised playback solution for playing high resolution, high framerate, uncompressed media onto any display surface, whether it is flat, curved, full dome or even an abstract 3D mesh surface.
Note : The horizontal resolution of any piece of media should be divisible by 4 to ensure maximum performance and compatibility. Odd sizes may not run or run badly. From Delta 2.6.74 bad dimensions will generate an alert in the Resource Pool. |
